Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible photography equipment for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Photography Equipment-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used film and memory cards
- Hygiene products, such as camera straps and lens cleaning kits
- Custom or personalized items, including engraved equipment
- Digital goods, such as software or downloadable content
- Perishable items, including batteries that have been opened
Return Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be accepted for return. Please ensure that products are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. To exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will send out the replacement item once the original has been received.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and ensure that a replacement is sent to you promptly. Please provide photos of the defect or error to expedite the process.
